Agreement
These terms govern your use of natterback.com and the Natterback subscription service for UK businesses, operated by aufintools (“we”, “us”). By using the site or signing up, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site or service.

The service
Natterback is a subscription service for UK trade businesses. It drafts replies to your Google reviews and texts them to you for approval. You can also approve them on our website. Nothing posts to Google without your explicit approval. The service is for business use: by signing up you confirm you are acting for your business.
Sign-up
- You must give accurate contact details and a UK mobile number you control.
- You are responsible for the consent you give to receive texts from us.
- Published pricing applies when you start a paid subscription.
Your responsibilities
- You must have authority to connect the Google Business Profiles you link to Natterback.
- You stay responsible for the content of replies posted to Google. AI drafts are suggestions only; you approve what goes live.
- You must not use the service for unlawful, misleading, or abusive content.
- You must comply with Google’s terms and UK law, including the rules on advertising and on electronic marketing (PECR).
Pricing and billing
The price is £29 per month plus VAT where it applies, for one Google Business Profile. Payments are taken monthly in pounds sterling and processed by Airwallex. You can add your VAT number at checkout.
You can cancel any time at natterback.com/account. You won’t be charged again, and the service keeps running until the end of the period you’ve paid for. When your subscription ends, we revoke our access to your Google Business Profile and delete our copy of your Google access token. You can also disconnect Google from the same page. Texting STOP turns off texts but does not cancel your subscription. For refunds, including the 30-day money-back guarantee, email [email protected].
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the site or service (including attempting to break security, scrape at abusive volume, or submit automated spam through forms).
Intellectual property
Natterback branding, site design, and product materials are owned by aufintools or our licensors. You may not copy them except as needed to use the service. You keep ownership of your business content and review replies; you give us a licence to process that content only to provide the service.
Disclaimer
The site and service are provided “as is”. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law that cannot be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from use of the site or service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the website or service is limited to £50, or the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months (if any), whichever is greater. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit.
Third-party services
The service relies on third parties (including Google, SMS providers, hosting, analytics, AI providers, and Airwallex). Their outages or policy changes may affect Natterback. We are not responsible for third-party platforms beyond our control.
Changes
We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. We will tell subscribers about material changes to paid subscriptions. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Courts in Australia have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
