Can I try it before I pay?
Yes. Paste one of your own Google reviews into the demo below and you'll get a draft reply on the spot. No card needed.
Why bother replying to reviews?
Customers comparing tradies read your replies as well as your star rating. If you answer them, your profile looks active and looked after. Leave a pile unanswered and customers wonder if you're still trading.
What if I don't like the draft?
Text back your own wording and we post that instead. Reply YES to post the draft as written, or SKIP to leave the review alone. Nothing goes on Google until you answer.
What about bad reviews?
We draft a calm reply that sticks to the facts and doesn't argue back. Reply YES to post it, text your own wording, or SKIP and handle that one yourself. We post nothing until you say so.
What if I don't reply?
Nothing goes on Google unless you reply YES. We only text between 9am and 5pm on weekdays, your local time, so a review that lands at 8pm waits until the next morning. If you don't answer, we send one reminder the next weekday. If that goes unanswered too, the draft expires.
Why can't you post replies automatically?
Google's rules don't let apps like ours post replies without your OK. If we auto-posted, we'd risk losing our Google access, and you'd have a reply under your name that nobody checked. A quick YES from you keeps us within the rules and leaves the final say with you.
I've got old reviews I never answered. What happens to those?
Once you connect Google, you'll see your 20 most recent unanswered reviews on one page, each with a draft ready. Edit any of them, then post them one by one or all together. Answer anything older in Google Maps.
Do I need a Google Business Profile?
Yes. It's free, and if customers leave you Google reviews you already have one. You connect it by signing in with Google after you subscribe. It takes about two minutes.
Is my Google profile secure?
Yes. You sign in on Google's own page, so we never see your password. Google lets us read your reviews and post the replies you approve, and nothing more. Disconnect any time at natterback.com/account and we lose that access straight away.
Will you text my customers?
No, only you. Each new review lands on your phone with a draft within about five minutes. Reply STOP any time and the texts stop. We log your consent when you sign up, as the Spam Act 2003 requires.
Does texting STOP cancel my subscription?
No. STOP turns off the texts, and billing carries on. To cancel, go to natterback.com/account, confirm your mobile and tap Cancel. You keep getting texts until the end of the period you've paid for. Then we remove our access to your Google listing. Text START to turn texts back on.
What does it cost?
$49.50 a month including GST, for one Google Business Profile. No lock-in contract. If it's not for you, ask for a refund within 30 days.
